Minutes of the Employee Compensation Committee Meeting
Present: Janet Cathcart, committee member, Maynard Forbes, advisory member
Meeting began at 8:05am in Interdepartmental Secretary’s office.
Discussed what to do about Health Insurance, re Pat Mielke’s late request last year to modify plan.
Decided to send letter/email to Selectboard asking to be included in any discussions, deliberations and presentations in regard to Health Insurance benefits. If Pat is making any recommendations, to have it come before the ECC committee for a review.
