Veteran's counselors can answer questions about benefits, eligibility and application procedures. They can also make referrals to VA facilities, such as medical centers and national cemeteries. Counselors can inform you about eligibility for VA benefits based upon discharge from active military service under other than dishonorable condition. The office deals with MassHealth, Medicare, transportation, housing, finances, fairly full range of case management.
