Q. What do I do when my project is completed?
A. If you submitted a Notice of Intent, it required that the Order of Conditions you received be filed with the Registry of Deeds, and that a copy of the filing documentation be submitted to the Conservation Commission. When your project is completed, you must notify the commission and request a Certificate of Compliance, using the Request for a Certificate of Compliance, Form 8a. The commission will visit the site and, if you have complied with the Order of Conditions, issue a Certificate of Compliance which you should file with the Registry of Deeds.
