Section 8. Enforcement
The Select Board shall enforce this by-law including conditions imposed on an issued permit and shall have the right to inspect removal sites before, during and after completion of operations, shall determine when restoration is complete, shall release bond, if any, shall notify the owner, the permit holder and the Town Clerk in writing when all conditions have been met.
