Section 5. Public Hearing
No permit shall be issued until the Select Board holds a public hearing thereon after giving such notice thereof as they deem necessary. The Select Board shall render a decision thereon within 30 days after receipt of an application and give such notice thereof as they deem proper. A permit shall not be issued for more than one year and it is not transferable. Application for a permit renewal shall be filed annually and may be granted by the Select Board without a hearing thereon.
