Section 6. Lapsed Permits
A lapsed permit without proper renewal shall terminate an earth removal operation and the Select Board shall require restoration in accord with plan submitted to be completed within 12 months thereafter. An extension of time for restoration may be granted in case of hardship after written request by the applicant showing just cause and amount of time requested.
