Section 4. Procedure
To obtain a permit the applicant shall file an Earth Removal Permit form with the Select Board. Said permit issued by the Select Board shall state the conditions imposed, including but not limited to, site restoration, hours of operation, method of earth removal, control of drainage and disposition of waste material.
