Section 2. Notices of Meetings
All warrants for town meetings, whether annual or special, shall be directed to the Constable of the Town and shall be served by posting attested copies of the same in three places in Town, namely, in the United States Post Office, at the Town Office, and along Main Rd at or near the intersection of Swann Road, at least seven days before the time set for holding such meeting.
