Section 15 Salary Commission
The Town voted to have the Select Board appoint a Salary Commission to look into the wages of full time employees of the Town and write a job description for Town employees and those holding positions. The Town voted to direct the Select Board to appoint a Salary Committee for a term of no less than three years, said committee to be responsible for reviewing, recommending and reporting each year to the Select Board and Finance Committee the salaries and wages for each position of the Town, whether elected or appointed.
