Section 7a. Select Board References
The Town voted to approve the following: The Board of Selectmen shall refer to itself, and the General Bylaws and all Rules and Regulations of the Town shall refer to the Board of Selectmen, as the Select Board, but, in such case it shall continue to function as the Board of Selectmen as that term is used in the General Laws, any special laws applicable to the Town, including the representative Town Meeting Act, the General Bylaws and the Zoning Bylaws of the Town.
