Article III School District Amendment
October 14, 1994
The Town voted to amend the Southern Berkshire Regional School District Agreement at Section 4e by deleting the date, January 1st, and substituting in its place the date October 1st, said latter date being consistent with the Massachusetts Education Reform Legislation of 1993.
