Section 2. Vacation Policy
All permanent and full-time employees who have been employed by the Town for at least one year consecutively shall be entitled to a vacation of not less than one week, without loss of pay in each year, two weeks after two years of service, three weeks after five years of service and four weeks after eleven years of service. Such vacation shall be granted at such time or times as in the opinion of the Select Board will cause the least interference with the performance of the regular work of the Town.
