River Road – Northbound
Beginning at the New Marlborough Town Line thence northerly on River Road 1.22 miles at 35 miles per hour ending at Route 23. The total distance being 1.22 miles.
River Road – Southbound
Beginning at Route 23 thence southerly on River Road 1.22 miles at 35 miles per hour ending at the New Marlborough Town Line; the total distance being 1.22 miles.
Sandisfield Road – Northbound
Beginning at the Sandisfield Town Line thence northerly on Sandisfield Road 1.95 miles at 35 miles per hour thence .37 miles at 25 miles per hour ending at Route 23; the total distance being 2.32 miles.
Sandisfield Road – Southbound
Beginning at Route 23 thence southerly on Sandisfield Road .37 miles at 25 miles per hour thence 1.95 miles at 35 miles per hour ending at the Sandisfield Town Line; the total distance being 2.32 miles.
Operation of a motor vehicle at a rate of speed in excess of these limits shall be prima facie evidence that such speed is greater than is reasonable and proper. The provisions of this regulation shall not, however, abrogate in any sense Chapter 90 Section 14 of the General Laws.
