Berkshire Regional Planning Commission
The Town voted to become a member of the Berkshire County Planning Commission under the provisions of Chapter 40B of the General Laws. The annual cost to the Town of Monterey shall be an apportioned cost determined by the District Planning Commissioner on a per capita basis provided in Section 7 of Chapter 40B, or an amount not to exceed $.20 per capita according to the most recent decennial census, whichever is the lesser.
