	Article XIV. Town Data Processing Center May 4, 1991 The Town voted to adopt MGL Chapter 41, Section 23D and create a Town Data Processing Center, allow for the appointment of a Data Processing Coordinator and a Computer Advisory Committee to assist the Coordinator.
