Intermunicipal Health Agreement
The Town voted, in accordance with General Laws Chapter 40, Section 4A, to authorize the Board of Health to enter into an inter-municipal agreement with one or more other governmental units to provide public health services which the Board of Health is authorized to perform, in accordance with an Inter-Municipal Mutual Aid Agreement to be entered into between the Town and various governmental units.
