Section 1. Logging Operation Permits
No person shall engage in logging operations without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Operations for Highways, Buildings and Town Property, except for such logging operations harvesting forest products upon forest land and any forestry or lumbering operations performed by a farmer engaged in agriculture or farming. (Chapter 128, Section 1A and General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 3)
