Partial Abatement Low Income Residents
The Town voted to accept the provisions of General Laws Chapter 59 Section 5 Clause 41B as enacted by Chapter 653 of the Acts of 1982, enabling a partial tax abatement for low income legal residents over seventy years of age.
In addition, the Town voted to adjust Clause 41C eligibility requirements amended by Chapter 184 Section 51 of the Acts of 2002.
