SECTION VIII.A. Enforcement
1. This Protective Bylaw shall be administered and enforced by the Inspector of Buildings under the supervision of the Select Board. Anyone violating any of the provisions of this Bylaw may be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense. Each day that such violation continues may constitute may constitute a separate offense.
2. In addition to the procedures for enforcement as described above, the provisions of this Protective Bylaw may also be enforced by the Inspector of Buildings and the police, by non-criminal complaint pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40 Section 21D. Each day on which a violation exists may be deemed to be a separate. The penalty for violation of any provisions of this bylaw shall be $25.00 for the first offense; $50.00 for the second offense; $100.00 for the third offense; and $200.00 for the fourth and each subsequent offense.
