SECTION VII.B. Parking Requirements
(Amended August 25, 1989)
The area of parking space must be a minimum of nine (9) feet by twenty (20) feet. Minimum requirements as set forth below:

4 Spaces in residence |
Retail Business, Consumer Service Establishment |
1 Space for each 250 feet of gross floor area |
Restaurant, Theaters |
1 Space for every three seats |
Educational and Religious uses not otherwise covered |
1 Space for every 3 participants based upon the maximum capacity of the building |
Office and Laboratories |
1 Space for each 250 square feet of gross floor area |
Warehouse and Other Commercial or Industrial Buildings |
1 Space for each 500 feet of gross floor area |
