Hearing: Continued Crotty Hearing
Hearing began at: 4pm
Members Present: Cynthia Weber Chair, Fred Chapman (acting clerk), Dean Amidon, Susan Cooper (alternate) and Kathleen Wasiuk (alternate)
Also present: Peter Vallianos, Attorney for the Crotty’s,
The hearing began with Dean Amidon, Acting Chair, reconvening the continued hearing.
Peter Vallianos, representative for the Crotty’s reviewed the reason for the continuation which gave the applicants time to reassess the situation. The owners have decided to explore new options and plans and therefore have submitted a request to withdraw the application without prejudice.
The Board discussed the request and voted unanimously to approve the request to withdraw without prejudice. It was suggested that in any future applications that the slope of the land be noted (average slope as determined by a surveyor).
