ZBA Hearing Minutes
Date: August 18, 2009
Hearing began at: 3:00pm
Members Present: Robert Gauthier, Chair, Robert Lazzarini, Vice-Chair, Dean Amidon and Kathleen Wasiuk (alternate)
Also present: Joe Baker (Friends of Wilson McLaughlin House (FWMH)), Cynthia Weber (FWMH), Gerry Shapiro (FWMH), Gail and Robert Heath (abutters), Shirley Olds (FWMH), Anne Marie Makuc (abutter) and Laurie Shaw (FWMH)
The hearing opened with Robert Gauthier, Chair, explaining that there was not a full Board available and that because there were only 4 members any approval of the special permit would require a unanimous vote. The petitioners requested that the hearing be continued until a full Board can attend. The Board voted 4-0 in favor of continuing the hearing to Wednesday, October 7, 2009 immediately following the previously scheduled hearing at 11:30am.
