Opened Levkoff Enforcement Order Public Meeting. Conservation Commission is waiting for report from NEE, Inc., consultant tasked with reviewing Restoration Plan submitted by Levkoff.
No one present. Continued meeting until next regular meeting on 11 May 2009.
Signed Certificate of Compliance for Heffernan on Mt Hunger Rd.
Left at 6:20 PM to count stumps and do site visit to Levkoff site and to evaluate Restoration Plan on ground. R Andrus, C Blair, D Dempsey went to site. J Bach and T Lovett did not.
