February 13, 2021 Board of Assessors Meeting

Members Present:          Scott Steibel, Chair

Gary Shaw, Assessor

                Donald Hopkins, Assessor

                Donald Clawson, Principal Assessor

                Linda Hamill, Clerk

Meeting called to order:  10:00 a.m.

1. The Board discussed a request from the Clerk to change her work days from Tuesday and      Wednesday to Monday and Tuesday.   All voted in favor of the change.

1. The Board discussed with Don Clawson, Principal Assessor the work he has been doing.  He has been updating the Personal Property cards.  There are 571 personal property cards and this project is now complete.  He is now working on the LA3 sales review.  This will continue until sometime late April or early May.

1. The Board discussed with Donald Hopkins his plans to run for re-election in May.  Donald informed the Board that he would not seek another term.  He will finish this term.  The other Board members and Principal Assessor and Clerk thanked him for all that he has done during his time on the Board.
