Discussion: Approval of Electronic Signatures:  Pursuant to MGL Chapter 110G, Section 7, the Monterey Conservation Commission to approve the commissioners to provide electronic signatures for Mass DEP paperwork and forms.

PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Marc Holzer of 23 Point Rd for the proposed replacement of a septic system within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

PUBLIC HEARING:  Notice of Intent filed by Brian Hazelton of Wood to Stone LLC as representative for Anastasia Coulombe of 237 Beartown Mt. Rd for the proposed associated site work for the construction of a stone patio and walkway within 200 foot riverfront area.

PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Keith Rosebrock of 29 Dowd Rd for the proposed construction of a wood deck within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
