  1. Introduction of the Commissioners.
  2. Public input and comment for items not on the Agenda.
  3. Discussion regarding certifying the authorization of signatures on Commission permits and paperwork following the State of Emergency.
  4. Informational Update by BRPC regarding the Rain Garden Program on Lake Garfield

 

Continuing Business

  1. Enforcement Order issued to Koenig of 141 Stevens Lake Way (Map 228, Lot 011) for the unpermitted clearing of vegetation in the resource area and buffer zone of Stevens Lake.
  2. A WPA Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Stephen Solosky of 23 Laurel Banks Rd (Map 113, Lot 33) for landscaping and the removal of trees in the buffer zone to Lake Buel.

New Business

  1. A WPA Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Stuart Litwin of 39 Wellman Rd (Map 231, Lot 1) for the clearing of vegetation to a watering area and installation of a fire emergency water access point.
  2. A WPA Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Kathleen Triem and Peter Franck of 36 Elephant Rock Road (Map 105, Lot 33) for the installation of a replacement septic system in the buffer zone to Lake Garfield.

Next meeting: September 14th, 2021. Applications are due 12 business days prior to the scheduled Conservation Commission meeting.

This meeting is held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch.131 Sec.40) and Wetlands Regulations (310 CMR10.00).
