FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

DECEMBER 10, 2019

MINUTES

ATTENDING MEMBERS:                     

            GEORGE CAIN, CHAIR

            REBECCA WOLIN

The meeting was called to order at 6:42 PM.  The departmental and committee budget sheets were reviewed and Finance Committee members were assigned to oversee each department/committee.  It was agreed that the entire Finance Committee would try to attend the larger department reviews.

As soon as the November financials are available, Rebecca volunteered to enter that information onto the revised budget sheets and to have the budget forms delivered to the departments and committees by mid-month.  January 8, 2020 has been targeted as the first budget review date.  A formal schedule will be issued as soon as each Finance Committee member has confirmed a review day and time with his/her assignments.           

A Southern Berkshire Ambulance budget item will be reviewed for the coming year, and an IT audit item will as be considered.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:23 PM.
