MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

Date:  October 7, 2019

Present:  John Makuc and Julio Rodriguez

Also Present: Peter Kolodziej

The meeting began at 4pm

1. The Board reviewed a request from the representatives of 12 Laurel Bank to review an extension request for one year for a special permit obtained for a tear down reconstruction. The owner hired Creative Building Solutions to design an addition to the existing cottage on the road side.  If the request is to modify or extend a special permit issued by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) permission would need to be sought from the Building Inspector and possibly a new hearing with the ZBA.  Any modifications to the septic plan previously submitted would also require new plans/approvals.
2. The minutes of September 9 were approved as written.
3. The next meeting will be Monday, October 21, 2019 at 4pm.
