Conservation Commission Legal Notices 4/10/19

The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on April 10, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

Request for Determination filed by Timothy O’Brian of 27 Dowd Rd., to construct a deck and associated site work on a single family home within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

Request for Determination filed by John H. Williams Trustee of 20 Northwest Cove to replace a failed septic system and related site work for a single family home within the buffer zone of Lake Buel.

Request to Amend an Order of Conditions SMA #11-07 filed by Vertex Towers on behalf of Hume Lake of 73 Chestnut Hill for a revision of location of tower.

Request to Amend an Order of Conditions DEP #230-0287 filed by Don Bernard of 10 Northwest Cove for the proposed construction and additional related site work of a wooden stairway in the buffer zone of Lake Buel.

Notice of Intent filed by Jeffrey P. Rudnicki & Emily C. Dowling of 24 Laurel Bank Rd., for the proposed sitework to restore existing retaining wall, riprap, patios, walkway, and construction of a new walkway in the buffer zone of Lake Buel.

Notice of Intent filed by Andrew W. Saborski of Charcoal Lane, Map 14, Lot 154, for the construction of a single family home and related site work in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
