The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on September 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Hume Lake Christian Camps of 73 Chestnut Hill Road for the proposed construction and associated site work of a two-story, Lodge Building. The proposed project is within the mapped region of the Scenic Mountain Act.
Request for Determination filed by Hume Lake Christian Camps of 73 Chestnut Hill Road for the proposed construction and associated site work of a two-story, Lodge Building. The project is within the 100’ buffer of a Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
Request for Determination filed by George Crocco of 8 Point Rd for the proposed removal of two decaying trees within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
Request for Determination filed by Martin & Janet Feldman of 28 Sylvan Rd. for the proposed installation of a septic system within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
Notice of Intent filed by Jeremy Rawitz of 165 Steven’s Lake Way for the proposed clearing of 600 SF of vegetation within the buffer zone of Steven’s Lake.
