The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Barbara Rosenbaum at 12 Laurel Bank Rd, Monterey to remove and rebuild an existing cottage and garage in approximately the same locations.
