The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of Judith Kaprelian, Personal Representative of the Estate of David Kaprelian of 230 Beartown Mtn Rd, Monterey to install a soil absorption system, septic tank and pump chamber and to remove existing cesspool.
