The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the Notice of Intent of Hume New England of 73 Chestnut Hill Rd to Excavate and relocate dirt to other side of property for construction of a new wastewater disposal field. The project is located in a mapped mountain region.
