The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the Notice of Intent of Leonard Weisman of Fairview Rd., Map 219 Lot 8 to install a Subsurface Disposal System The project is located in a mapped mountain region.
