The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Ravine Falls Trust of New Marlborough Monterey Rd., Map 405 Lot 13 for Repair of Trout Pond Dam. A portion of the repair lies within the Town of Monterey.
