Parks Commission Meeting Minutes September 18, 2019

In attendance:  Julio Rodriquez,  Ilene Marcus, Wendy Benjamin, Steve Snyder, Peter Poirer

Community Attendee:  Elizabeth Wolf

1.  Stickers for the Boats arrived and look good.

2.  Julie has coordinated with the Police and the town to remove all abandoned property on October 15th, starting at 9 am.  Julio and Wendy will be on hand to take pictures and Ilene will upload to the parks website so abandoned property can be claimed

3.  Discussed process for registering boats and assigning spaces.  Elizabeth - requested priority for seniors.  Commission Members agreed and thought this best to do through the COA.  Ilene will bring to the COA since she sits on that Board.

4.  Information about boat removal is on the Parks website

5.  Discussed form for process for registering boats and information needed on the form.  Ilene will mock up the transfer sticker application for the boat registration application.  

6.  Ilene contacting Greenagers about Brewer's Pond trail clean-up

Next Meeting is October 16th at 6 pm 

Quorum attended, meeting held in parking lot and the minutes were adopted.
