1. The Board approved and signed the annual town meeting warrant.
2. The Board approved the following internal transfers (add motions):
   1. $307.03 From 01-123-5580-000000-4 to 01-145-5345
   2. $283.96 from 01-423-5535-000000-2 to 01-425-5480-000000-1

A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 3:10pm
