Pay Real Estate Taxes Online
To accommodate taxpayers who want the convenience of paying Monterey Real Estate and Personal Property taxes online, a New payment option is now available. To pay your tax, you must have your current Bill and Checkbook / Credit Card in hand.
- Go to the homepage
- Click on: Pay Real Estate Taxes Online
- Enter the bill number of your current bill
- Enter the bill year: 2018
- The tax amount shown is the amount of the third quarter due Feb 1. If you wish, you may pay both the third and fourth quarter by entering that amount from your bill
- Complete the payment screens as directed
Credit card payments by MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Please note the credit card company will charge the taxpayer a fee for the service. This fee is not assessed by or paid to the Town of Monterey.
