Meeting Notice Postings

For local public bodies, meeting notices must be filed with the Town Administrator sufficiently in advance of a public meeting to permit posting of the notice by the Town Administrator to the official posting location (town website) at least 48 hours in advance of the public meeting (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded).

Make sure you hit the "send" button to submit your meeting posting, it is not a legally posted meeting until you hit "send" and the posting is received by the Town Administrator and posted to the official posting location by the Town Administrator.

Meeting minutes should be emailed once approved.
