NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 3:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the petition for a Variance under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws and MGL Chapter 40A Section 10 for Henry A. and Gerry D. Alpert to construct a 12’ x 12’ deck approximately 20 feet from the shoreline. This project is located at 34 Bidwell Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1724, Page 167. Record Title is in the name of Henry A. Alpert and Gerry D. Alpert.
