The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 3pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for COP, LLC to construct a new 40’ x 70’ boys’ cabin at Kutsher’s Sports Academy. This project is located at 25 Deerwood Park in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 01827, Page 343. Record Title is in the name of COP, LLC.
