NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 2pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Andrew & Cecylia Soborski to construct a new single family dwelling with private water supply well, septic system and driveway. This project is located at Charcoal Lane (Map 109 Lot 8) in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1844, Page 153. Record Title is in the name of Andrew & Cecylia Soborski Trustees.
