TOWN OF MONTEREY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will continue the Public Hearing on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 3pm at the Monterey Pavilion, 411 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc to set up a recreation vehicle for temporary staff housing during construction of the new Mountainview Lodge.  This project is located at 73 Chestnut Hill Rd in Monterey.  The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 2110, Page 118.  Record Title is in the name of Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc.
