- Public Hearing for Green Communities Bylaw Proposal Start at 7:10 - Close at 7:40
- Discussion -
- Suggested an intro to Green Communities benefits before going into the Bylaw
- Pointed out that the parcel is town owned so that they have say in what gets built there
- Point out that there is no proposal pending at this time.
- Pat Salomon proposes that we approve the Bylaw as presented including the amended portion to include the requirement of a Site plan review.
- Roger Tryon Seconded
- Vote was unanimous by the members present to approve
- Discussion -
- Gould Farm Site Plan Review
- Shaun Tryon Responded approval of the plan representing the Fire department and the Highway department.
- Other Boards have until April 18th to respond (35 days)
- Rob Hoogs presented updates to the plan based on comments from the planning board and the conservation commission
- The kitchen will be inspected by the Health department.
- No further questions from the board at this time.
- 36 Elephant Rock Road - ZBA Opinion
- Review of the disputed property
- Planning board will send a letter to the ZBA stating:
- The zoning bylaws do not allow for a non conforming property to be made more non conforming. The as constructed structure makes the lot more non conforming.

- Letter from Great Barrington, Public hearing on 3/19 to remove a condition on 260 state road property
