The Town of Monterey Planning Board is holding a public hearing to gather public input and review the following proposed bylaw change.
Section 7.8.7.3
In the special overlay district that includes Tax Map 108.034 for the former golf course on Fox Hill Road a solar installation of 250 KW to 1 MW is allowable by right.
