Attendance : BJ Johnson, Kenn Basler, Larry Kline

Meeting came to order at 9:AM

Committee identified the sections of the initial RFP that needed work. Larry, BJ, and Kenn agreed to each take a section, do the re-write and share with committee at next meeting.
