Broadband Committee Meeting                              02/24/2017

Attendance : BJ Johnson, Cliff Weiss, George Cane, Kenn Basler, Larry Kline, Steve Weiss

Meeting called to order at 9AM

Meeting moved to executive session- will not return to open meeting

“To discuss trade secretes or confidential or proprietary information”

Meeting reviewed proposal from Matrix

Rated proposal by form included with RFP

          Each member rated Matrix

          Each members form was tabulated and totaled

          Matrix was questioned about cost to tow

Members felt that it was important to understand total cost, ability to finish job. Town would pay for make ready work estimated at $300,000 Town would have to come up with an additional 1.2 million above and beyond state grant.

Town would be able to buy out contract after 2 years
