Attendance : BJ Johnson, Cliff Weiss, George Cane, Kenn Basler, Larry Kline, Steve Weiss

Meeting called to order at 9AM

Meeting moved to executive session- will not return to open meeting

Meeting reviewed proposal from Fiber Connect

Rated proposal by form included with RFP

          Each member rated Fiber Connect

          Each members form was tabulated and totaled

          Fiber Connect questioned about low income residents

FC questioned about cost to municipal buildings

FC questioned about lack of financials and how to safeguard the state grant - Performance bond maybe?

FC questioned about business plan

          What numbers taking service is profitable

          With state grant there would be no cost to town
