3. A WPA Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Sabrina Simon of 30 Sylvan Road (Map 102, Lot 43) for tree removal and other vegetation management in the buffer zone.

New Business
4. A WPA Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Stephanie Sloane of 3 Tyringham Road (Map 107, Lot 8) for construction of a 12’ X 20’ garage with removal of one tree.
5. A WPA Request for Determination of Applicability by Massachusetts Electric Company for Chestnut Hill Road Public Right of Way for replacement of one existing pole, removal of one existing push brace, and installation of four new above ground distribution poles with associated overhead lines and anchors.
6. A WPA Notice of Intent Public Hearing for MA DEP File #230-0326 submitted by Garfield Lakeside Nominee Trust for 24 Lakeside Terrace for removal of several trees in Buffer Zone of Lake Garfield.
