The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing/meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, sections 39A & 40, the Scenic Mountain Act and the Wetland Protection Act to act on the following:

WPA RDA, 56 Brett Rd, Map 227, Lot 039, submitted by N. Beach for the repair of a subsurface system.

WPA RDA, 48 Tyringham Rd, Map 102, Lot 006, submitted by Rissman for the removal of hazardous trees.

WPA RDA, 21 Dowd Rd, Map 109, Lot 011, submitted by Michaud for the removal of hazardous trees.

Continued:

WPA RDA, 346 Main Rd, Map 226, Lot 003, submitted by Guerrero, for the proposed replacement of a subsurface system within the buffer zone of an intermittent stream and BVW.

NOI DEP File # 230-0347, Cronk & Sandisfield Rd, Monterey Rights of Way, submitted by Mass Electric Company for the proposed install of utility poles and associated site work.  A portion of the work will occur within the 200 ft. Riverfront Area associated with Rawson Brook and as well the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetative Wetland.
